The recent development project of the mining company KAZ Minerals, led by Kazakh businessmen Oleg Novachuk and Vladimir Kim, has attracted the attention of the Russian government. This openness towards Kazakhstan fits perfectly with the target of developing the Northern Sea Route, as well as giving Rosatom the opportunity to win new contracts with Nur-Sultan. [...]
