MY KIOSK

Under “My Kiosk” you can personalise what information you see based on your areas of interest (keyword notifications, summaries, suggested reading).

Subscribers can also manage what emails they wish to receive as part of their subscription (breaking news, notifications for new articles, a daily summary, etc.).

> My Kiosk

You will receive email notifications every time an article on your topic of interest is published on our websites. This service is completely free of charge.

> Create a notification

There are four ways to set up a notification:

  • Keyword mentioned in an article: select which keywords interest you and click on “Set up a free notification”.
  • Search result: after making a search, click on “Set up a free notification for this search".
  • Running story: after reading an article part of a running story click on “Set up a free notification for this theme”.
  • Personal choice: name your own title, keywords, country or publication for your notification.

Feel free to set up several notifications depending on your areas of interest: the more defined your criteria are, the better your search results will be.

You can modify or cancel your notifications, summaries and suggestions from your “My Kiosk” space.

We use the secure CM-CIC [email protected] payment system. It checks the card number with the banking system and advises our site whether or not the card is valid.
You have the possibility to register a bank card in order to save time on your next purchases on our websites. Their details are stored by the secure CM-CIC [email protected] payment system. With each purchase via this payment interface, you can manage your means of payment: deletion or addition of a bank card.
You can of course refuse this pre-registration and enter your card number with each purchase.
At no point do we have access to your bank card details.

Reasons related to dropouts or input errors:

  • You left the online payment system without validating your transaction
  • You have entered your card number and this message appears: "This type of card is not accepted by Indigo, please enter a new card", caution: the number you've just filled out is incorrect.
  • You have entered your card number, expiry date and security code. The authentication of your payment is successful and yet your payment is refused, caution: the expiry date and/or the security code is mistaken.
  • You have used your American Express card to pay in GBP: please note that we do not accept this type of card in this currency.

We invite you to check the information above-mentioned and to repeat your transaction.

Reasons related to your banking contract:

  • Your card’s weekly or monthly maximum has been exceeded.
  • The amount of your purchase is higher than the amount authorized by your bank for online purchases.
  • Your bank card does not allow you to make purchases on a foreign website.

We suggest you contact your bank to identify and solve the problem.

To avoid fraud, some banks set up an additional security code to validate online purchases so as to confirm that the user of the card is the holder. For more information on this, we suggest you contact your bank.
