EU entrusts ex-Lebanese spymaster with security in Syria
A Lebanese firm led by a former local intelligence chief will be providing security to the European diplomatic missions in Damascus.
Intelligence Online has had access to Syrian intelligence reports found after the fall of Bashar al-Assad which document the logistical support given by Damascus to the Shiite militia during the Israeli operation that blew up over 3,000 pagers belonging to Hezbollah in September 2024.
