UK intelligence funding cuts hidden in pre-election budget
With a general election due this year, the British government has just set out a budget full of cuts to woo voters, but concealed within it were huge slashes to defence and security spending. MI5, MI6 and GCHQ budgets will be reduced by 14%, causing consternation among many in Westminster.
