Russian giant Lukoil sues Korean bank over Iraq contracts
The Lukoil subsidiary in charge of exploiting a mega field in Iraq has taken a Korean bank to court in the United Kingdom. The case illustrates how the oil giant is still overseeing a number of international legal proceedings via its subsidiaries, which are not under sanctions.
