What's Behind Polish F-16 Deal

As a bridgehead for the advance of American influence in Eastern Europe, Poland will become a regular customer of U.S. military hardware. Warsaw is making a cool $12 billion in offsets for its acquisition of 44 F-16 fighter aircraft.
