The North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) is a North American and European defensive alliance of 28 countries. NATO members are supposed to spend 2% of their GDP on defence. NATO’s budget accounts for 70% of the world’s military expenditure, the majority of which comes from the United States.
The new NCOIC consortium represents 28 companies that work to create a climate fostering cooperation between different systems, platforms, procedures and communication methods. The watchwords are standardization and inter-operability. [...]
