The US cybersecurity firm Qintel, a supplier to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), is sponsoring Ukraine's Cyberspace Strategies In Action conference. The company already has a presence in Ukraine via distributor FS Group, which is close to Ukraine's cyber police.
