The DGA (Direction Generale de l’Armement), part of the French ministry of defence, is responsible for procurement of the French armed forces as well as promoting the French defence industry abroad. The DGA works jointly with France’s partners and companies in the defence sector such as Dassault, Airbus or DCNS to develop new equipment for the military.
