Mysterious NGO Invited to Human Rights Conclave
A non-governmental organization going under the name of Agence des Cites Unies pour la Cooperation Nord-Sud (United Cities Agencies for North-South Cooperation) established in St. Genis-Pouilly in France just across the border from the European headquarters of the United Nations in Geneva was invited to attend the 57th session of the Human Rights Committee that was held in March and April.
