Paragon reshuffles shareholders in Cyprus ahead of takeover by US fund

The Israeli cyber offensive firm appointed new shareholders well ahead of the announcement on 26 November that it was in advanced discussions with a US fund to buy it out. The reshuffle is being steered by a Cypriot businesswoman used to acting as a trustee for Israeli cyber companies on the island.
