It is at Jem's Beer Factory in colourful Maskit Street in the seaside town of Herzliya, cradle of the Israeli high-tech industry, that employees of Israel cyber intelligence company NSO Group like to meet up (IO, 26/08/21). A branch of the Israeli chain of the same name, the restaurant, which serves craft beers and traditional schnitzels, sees its trendy interior and its shady terrace fill up every midday, Sunday to Thursday with customers from the low-profile companies situated close by.
