Ex-boss of French DGSE spy agency Bernard Bajolet referred to criminal court for service's 'pressure tactic'

In a judicial first for French foreign intelligence, a former boss of the French DGSE spy agency will appear before a criminal court, in the French town of Bobigny, near Paris, on 6 and 7 November. Bernard Bajolet is accused of aiming to intimidate the French-Swiss businessman and financier Alain Duménil.
