Trial confirms failures in surveillance of French serial killer Michel Fourniret

Police witnesses testified at the trial of Monique Olivier, the ex-wife and accomplice of French serial killer Michel Fourniret, that the couple were under surveillance in 1989-1990, but that officers failed to see that they were abducting and killing young women.
