US veteran Matthew Parker supports specialised battalion of Ukrainian legion

The US private security provider and investigator, enlisted in Ukraine in a personal capacity, was one of the voices that pushed for the creation of a 4th battalion within the International Legion. The new unit will specialise in selecting and training instructors and troops for the rest of the foreign fighters corps.
