Besancenot's connections lead to Saudi cultural diplomacy contract for ESL Network

As it seeks to hone its narrative in France to further its cultural diplomacy goals, Saudi Arabia has called on ESL Network. Now an ADIT subsidiary, this company has the former ambassador to Riyadh, Bertrand Besancenot, to thank for the contract.
