Taipei revives 'anti-communism' to galvanise young officers in anti-Chinese espionage fight

The defence ministry has added an anti-communist dimension to the ideological training programme required of military academy graduates, as part of a wider effort to counter Chinese infiltration. That decision came after intelligence services warned of the priorities Xi Jinping was set to establish regarding the Taiwan issue.
