EU's Ukraine focus leaves Indo-Pacific security programmes wanting

There is no shortage of project applications to the European Union's Enhancing Security and Cooperation in and with Asia scheme in the Indo-Pacific. But the crisis in Ukraine has shifted the EU's focus, much to the frustration of its partners in the region.
