If the 2021 sale, revealed by Intelligence Online this week, of Oman's diplomatic property in Knightsbridge was unusual, its 2015 "gifting" of a £30m London property was more mysterious still. The address is now linked to Chinese dissident and billion-dollar fraudster Guo Wengui, also known as Miles Kwok.
