    Against a backdrop of mistrust towards the People's Liberation Army, China has handed over the supervision of strategic military infrastructure to local Communist Party officials.

    Alta Ares, a French start-up specialising in the military use of artificial intelligence, has entrusted General Corentin Lancrenon, who works at Société Générale, with its AI Defense Club. The minicluster aims to share lessons learned among combat units in Ukraine.
