Diplomatic intelligence service INR jumps on OSINT bandwagon

Taking advantage of an OSINT trend in Washington, the State Department's Bureau of Intelligence and Research, INR, is looking to strengthen its own capacity in that domain, in the hope of boosting its influence over US diplomacy and within the US intelligence community.

The corporate intelligence giant is already present in the UAE through its ESL & Network and Salveo subsidiaries and its latest acquisitions, such as DCI, but is now to set up its own operations there to be closer to its clients, and to tap into growing demand from Asia and Africa.
