Will new Labour government scrap Tory plans to cut UK intelligence budget?

During his campaign, Keir Starmer depicted Labour as the "party of national security" and pledged to increase the UK defence budget. But he gave no firm indication of whether the outgoing Conservative government's plans to slash the intelligence budget would be upheld or not.
