    Presented at the Dubai Airshow as a manufacturer of civilian drones, Hangzhou Qifei and its flagship product, the X15, are establishing themselves as a discreet player in the drone warfare market. The Chinese company supplies Russia, the eastern strongman in Libya and the Sahel juntas under the guise of dual use.
