Chinese investment bank analysts ordered to toe party line
Xi Jinping wants China's banks and financial institutions to be solid, at least in appearance. Communist party sections inside the country's investments banks are laying down new, often incoherent rules, however, and ordering analysts to censure their reports, thus blocking the banks' operations.
