Former CIA chief Burns in low-key Paris visit

William Burns, who headed the agency under Joe Biden from 2021 to 2025, gave a talk in the French capital for clients of investment bank Evercore, where he is a senior adviser. The spymaster specifically highlighted the threat China poses to the West.
