ADIT's takeover of Défense Conseil International leads to Sofema ownership change
Corporate intelligence group ADIT is preparing to take control of Défense Conseil International, which will affect one of the latter's shareholders. Arms supply company Sofema is to be sold to its sales director, himself the founder of a corporate intelligence company.
