On Dec. 31, 2011, most of U.S. troops in Iraq will have quit the country. With that date just two years ahead, the US Army contingent, which has already pulled out of the leading cities, is already focusing on training Iraqi forces, leaving the CIA to contend with problems of stability in Iraq.(...)
